Shipping Information 

All the orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Georgia. We offer Standard Shipping method via USPS or UPS in addition to 1 day Order Processing Time. The cut-off time for the same day shipping is 12 noon EST Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Sat. or Sun. Orders are placed on Sat. or Sun. will be shipped on the following Mon. Standard shipment takes 3-5 business days depending on which state you are in. You will receive an email from us when the order is shipped along with tracking number.

All International (Non-US) orders incur a $25 shipping charge which are shipped via standard US Mail and may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Terms & Conditions

Please read following terms before placing an order:
1. The shipping cost is purely the cost we have paid to the carrier. No mark-ups are added. We thus can not refund shipping cost.
2. We do not require a signature on delivery acknowledgement because of the additional cost; otherwise, we would not be able to provide free shipping. We will take the carrier’s tracking status as the delivery proof if a customer claims that he or she does not receive the order. If the carrier’s website shows the package is “delivered”, we do not refund the order or provide a replacement on the “lost” package.

30 Day Return policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority! Your product is covered by a 30 day Money Back Guarantee and a 180 day Limited Product Replacement Warranty. If you are the original purchaser of the product and you are not 100% satisfied with the item for any reason, you may return it in its original condition within thirty (30) days of the original purchase. Items purchased from Amazon.com should be returned to Amazon by following their return instructions.

For a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise ”as new” condition, with the original packaging and all the parts or accessories if any. We reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before accepting any returns, refunds or exchanges. To return an item, please email us at support@caremeus.com for a quick response. In the email, please provide your name, order #, product name, and reasons for return if any. You will hear from us in 8 hours.

Please note that the return shipping cost is covered by the customers. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for return orders. This is because we have offered free shipping and our products are priced so low that we are not able to cover the return postage. For return orders, we will lose the shipping and the product cost making us unable to bear the return shipping cost. Thank you for your understanding. When you return the item, please make sure all the accessories are included in the package. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including but not limited to the following: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received the return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
