It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. 


We warrant to the owners of the Care me product that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase directly from us provided that proof of purchase is valid. If you purchased from other resellers, please contact them as we do not authorize any resellers worldwide. 

We will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. If the fault with your product occurs within its warranty period (after 30 days but within 180 days from purchase), we will take care of the necessary repair, or at our option, replacement of the defective unit without charge. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.


It does not cover the following (collectively “Ineligible Products”): (i) Products that are damaged due to drop, wear and tear or cosmetic appearance such as stains; (ii) Products that have been subject to: (a) modifications, alterations, tampering, disassembly, repairs by unauthorized party; (b) lack of reasonable care or improper maintenance, such as over-charged battery resulting in a shorter life span of the batteries invalidate this Limited Warranty; (b) handling, storage, installation, testing, or use not in accordance with the User’s Guide, such as water damage to electronic products caused by customers; (c) abuse, unintended use, or misuse of the Product; (d) breakdowns, fluctuations, or interruptions in electric power or the telecommunications network.  This Limited Warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as refill rollers, rechargeable batteries in certain products.
