180-Day Limited Warranty
It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible.
LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE
We warrant to the owners of the Care me product that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase provided that proof of purchase is valid.
We will offer either a repair, exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase. If the fault with your product occurs within its warranty period (after 30 days but within 180 days from purchase), we will take care of the necessary repair, or at our option, replacement of the defective unit without charge. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
It does not cover the following (collectively “Ineligible Products”): (i) Products that are damaged due to drop, wear and tear or cosmetic appearance such as stains; (ii) Products that have been subject to: (a) modifications, alterations, tampering, disassembly, repairs by unauthorized party; (b) lack of reasonable care or improper maintenance, such as over-charged battery resulting in a shorter life span of the batteries invalidate this Limited Warranty; (b) handling, storage, installation, testing, or use not in accordance with the User’s Guide, such as water damage to electronic products caused by customers; (c) abuse, unintended use, or misuse of the Product; (d) breakdowns, fluctuations, or interruptions in electric power or the telecommunications network. This Limited Warranty does not cover consumable parts, such as rechargeable batteries in certain products.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Care me will bear the shipping cost of the repair or replacement to owner and will reimburse any shipping costs incurred by the owner, except with respect to any Ineligible Product, for which owner will bear all shipping costs.
We will have no warranty obligations with respect to a returned Product if we determine, in our reasonable discretion after examination of the returned Product, that the Product is an Ineligible Product (defined above under Warranty Term). We reserve the right to define, explain and determine whether a product conforms to our Return Policy or Limited Warranty Service and change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

We request a return of the defect so that we would examine returned products to help us identify the root causes and improve our manufacture process.
