Quality is our blood. We use the best raw materials to make the quality products that meet the industry standards. Every Care Me product is subjected to rigorous inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our quality standard which is higher than the industry standard. Our products must pass CE and RoHS certifications. That being said, no one can 100% eliminate defects. We thus stand by our products: we provide six month warranty on all products. If your product has any quality issues in the first 6 months, please return it to us and we’ll gladly refund or exchange for you.
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by defect-related problems. Therefore, we will cover the shipping cost. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a shipment. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can drop the product at post office in your convenience. Meanwhile, we will send you a new product absolutely free or refund your purchase at your discretion.
