General Shipping Information
Most items are fulfilled by Amazon fulfillment center. When you purchase your item you will be able to choose your method of delivery. You can check your Amazon order by using the tracking information in your order. If you have an issue with shipping on an Amazon order please contact them directly. Items purchased from caremeus.com can be tracked by an email that is sent to you with the tracking information.
In some cases we will ship items to you directly, we send emails out with the tracking information directly to you.
For Items Purchased from caremeus.com – FREE Shipping for all USA Orders over $30!
Most US based orders are shipped directly from an Amazon warehouse within 24-48 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency. Your product will arrive within 3 to 5 Business Days. You will receive an email from us when the order is shipped and tracking number.
All International (Non-US) orders incur a $20 shipping charge which are shipped via standard US Mail and may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.
Need to Return an Item?
(1) Purchased from www.caremeus.com
If you would like to return an item purchased directly from www.caremeus.com, please email customer service at email@example.com. When emailing, please provide us with your name, order number, product model, and reason for return.
(2) Purchased from Amazon.com
Products purchased from Amazon.com should be returned within 30 days through Amazon by following their return instructions.
Before returning a product we would like to assist you in any way possible. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will try to make the issue right before you return the item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including but not limited to the following:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address below.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item should be in similar condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time.
